Job Description

Female Only – Onboard After Lunar New Year

Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure high service standards and business efficiency.
Recruit, train, schedule and manage restaurant staff (floor staff, hosts, cashiers, etc.).
Take a hands-on role during peak hours, handling operational issues and guest complaints professionally.
Supervise service quality, hygiene, workplace safety and overall restaurant presentation.
Monitor food & beverage quality, inventory, POS systems and menu accuracy; propose improvements when necessary.
Coordinate and support events, functions, promotions and sales activities.
Prepare and submit operational, HR and sales reports as required.
Act as Duty Manager when assigned.

Female Only
Minimum 5 years of experience in the hotel/restaurant industry, with experience in a similar supervisory or management role.
Strong knowledge of Western-style restaurant operations, service standards, food and wine menus.
Proven leadership and team training experience with a hands-on management style.
Good communication, organization, problem-solving and customer service skills.
Experience using POS and inventory control systems.
Good command of English; Mandarin is an advantage (if applicable).
Detail-oriented, responsible, service-minded and results-driven.
