Assist the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), leisure, and travel trade segments.
Manage existing client accounts to maintain strong relationships and encourage repeat business.
Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and hotel tours for potential clients.
Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for prospective clients.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies as needed.
Collaborate with the Marketing team on promotional campaigns and packages.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications using CRM tools.
Coordinate with operations, reservations, and front office teams to ensure client needs and expectations are met.
Participate in trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities as required.
Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager and ensure timely follow-up on leads and inquiries.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2+ years of experience in hotel/resort sales or a similar customer-facing role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Positive attitude, team player, and high level of professionalism.
