Assistant to Chairman - In Charge Of International Markets

REPORT TO: Chairman

LOCATION: An Khanh Ward, Thu Duc District

Job Responsiblities: in charge of international markets (ASIA and others)

1. Stakeholder Communication:

Identify and approach potential partners and investment funds internationally, capable of collaborating on and investing in solar energy projects.

Develop and maintain professional relationships with partners and investors through meetings, conferences, and industry events.

2. Assessment and Evaluation of Partners:

Evaluate the financial performance and reputation of partners and investment funds to ensure they meet the company's requirements and standards.

Conduct due diligence on potential partners to assess risks and opportunities.

Assist the Chairman in negotiating terms and conditions of contracts with partners and investment funds.

Monitor the progress and ensure the timely and effective implementation of partnership agreements

3. New Business Areas Support:

Assist the Chairman in handling tasks related to the exploration and development of new business areas within the company.

4. Administrative Support:

Provide administrative assistance to the Chairman, including preparing documents, reports; attending meetings and preparing meeting minutes when necessary and handling correspondence.

Participate in other tasks related to company’s external affairs.

Act as a focal point for resolving problems under the Chairman’s guidance.

Undertake other tasks required by Chairman.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated comprehensive thinking, flexibility, and multitasking abilities with good problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented with high standards, proactive and able to address core issues efficiently.
• Ability to maintain stamina and mental toughness – self-confident, persistent and resilient.
• Fluent in English.
• Willing to travel abroad for work
