Job Description

1/Purchasing Responsibilities:

  • Source, evaluate, and work with both local and overseas suppliers to ensure suitable supply in terms of quality, cost, and delivery timeline.
  • Handle price negotiation, commercial terms, payment terms, and purchasing contracts with suppliers and partners.
  • Monitor, review, and optimize procurement activities to ensure cost efficiency and operational effectiveness.
  • Control and evaluate the effectiveness of commercial contracts / purchasing agreements between the Company and relevant parties.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to manage and optimize purchasing budgets, especially for Marketing-related spending (approximately VND 100 billion/year).
  • Review purchasing requests, assess procurement options, and propose optimal solutions in terms of cost, terms, timeline, and risk control.
  • Follow up on payment progress, reconcile payables, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure the procurement process is conducted in a transparent and efficient manner.


2/ Executive Assitant Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key coordination point between the Deputy CEO and internal departments / external partners to ensure tasks are implemented smoothly and on schedule.
  • Track, consolidate, remind, and update progress on key action items; prepare timely reports when required.
  • Prepare documents, data, reports, and materials for meetings, discussions, and business engagements with suppliers, partners, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Join meetings and support communication with foreign partners / investors when needed; assist in coordination, follow-up, and issue handling.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Commerce,
  • International Business, Business Administration, or other related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in procurement / purchasing / sourcing, preferably in trading companies or in roles involving overseas suppliers/partners.
  • Proven experience in:
    +) Supplier sourcing and evaluation
    +) Price negotiation and commercial terms
    +) Payment follow-up, contract management, and procurement efficiency control
  • Strong mindset in cost control, financial awareness, and procurement effectiveness.
  • Good command of English, with the ability to work and communicate effectively with overseas partners.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills; able to manage progress and provide clear reporting.
  • Quick in handling issues, flexible, detail-oriented, and discreet.
  • Honest, proactive, careful, and highly responsible.
