Job Description

1. Interpretation (Core Responsibility)
• Provide consecutive interpretation (Korean–Vietnamese–English) during sales meetings, marketing strategy sessions, partner negotiations, and internal discussions.
• Interpret during business trips, store visits, supplier meetings, exhibitions, and brand events.
• Ensure accurate delivery of business terminology related to retail pharmacy, cosmetics, OTC products, and marketing campaigns.
• Support real-time interpretation in urgent discussions or online meetings.
2. Translation and Documentation
• Translate contracts, commercial agreements, sales reports, marketing plans, emails, and internal announcements.
• Review and standardize bilingual documents before submission to partners or management.
• Prepare bilingual meeting minutes and summarize key discussion points for follow-up.
3. Communication & Coordination Support
• Act as communication bridge between the COO and Korean brand partners, suppliers, and headquarters (if any).
• Support follow-up of tasks assigned by the COO to Sales and Marketing teams.
• Assist in preparing presentation materials for business reviews and partner meetings.
4. Administrative Support
• Arrange meeting schedules, business trips, and partner visits for the COO.
• Manage confidential documents and correspondence related to Sales & Marketing activities.
• Support general administrative tasks for the COO when required.

Job Requirement

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Korean Studies, or related fields.
2. Experience and Knowledge
• At least 1 year – 2 years of working experience.
• Experience in cosmetics, K-Beauty, or Korean-related businesses is a strong advantage.
• Experience interpreting at exhibitions or events is preferred.
• Understanding of Vietnamese and Korean corporate working culture.
3. Language Skills
• Excellent Korean interpretation and translation skills (equivalent to TOPIK Level 6 or above).
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
• Strong command of professional business terminology
4. Personality And Attitude
• High accuracy and strong listening skills.
• Professional demeanor in executive-level meetings.
• Strong confidentiality awareness.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle fast-paced discussions.
5. Working Condition: Mainly based in Can Tho city.
