Responsible for all trade marketing activities of Diag Laboratories for Diag’s B2B customers.
1. Promotion Management:
- Announce/ Train promotion program to related departments/ stakeholders.
- Visit customers with Sales team to gather information, trends, customers, competitors… to set suitable promotion/program.
- Visit key customers (doctors/ clinics) with the Sales team to deploy strategic program.
- Ensure the promotion programs is delivered to end consumers/customers.
- Track promotion program performance & recommend next steps for management.
2. POSM & Brand Visibility Management at Clinics/Hospitals
- Plan, develop, and deploy POSM materials (standees, brochures, leaflets, posters, tent cards, signage, etc.) at partner locations.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure POSM is properly displayed according to brand guidelines.
- Monitor POSM condition and manage regular replacement or replenishment.
- Propose initiatives to increase brand visibility and coverage within healthcare facilities.
- Manage POSM budget and work with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
3. Event/ Activation: 2-5 per quarters
- Plan & Lead customer events (such as scientific seminars, workshops…)
- Follow-up event checklist/Action Log with cross functional department to ensure event happen smoothly.
4. Reports/Planning:
- Deliver Trade Marketing Reports (Daily & Weekly on Promotion Performance, Visibility performance…)
- Monthly/Quarterly Budget & Promotion Planning Work with cross functional team (Finance, Legal) to deliver customer program on-time/ complianceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; 4–6 years of experience in Trade Marketing, preferably in FMCG/Retail.
Hands-on experience in developing and executing promotions, activations, and POSM at point of sale.
Strong understanding of GT/MT channels, shopper behavior, and in-store merchandising standards.
Good analytical skills to evaluate sales performance, promotion effectiveness, and manage trade budgets.
Strong cross-functional coordination skills; proactive, results-driven, and willing to travel for field visits.
