PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION: 

Spartronics Viet Nam is seeking a Assistant Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient and organized management of the warehouse operations; responsible for managing inventory, coordinating receiving and shipping activities, optimizing warehouse layout and processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards; maintain a well-functioning warehouse that supports production and meets customer demands.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1. Warehouse Operations Support
- Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
- Ensure warehouse processes and procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor daily operational performance and report issues or opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate warehouse activities to support production schedules and customer requirements.
2. Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and routine inventory verification activities.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and support corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Material Planning, Purchasing, and Production teams to ensure material availability.
- Maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP/WMS system.
3. Warehouse Layout and Organization
- Support warehouse layout optimization to maximize storage utilization and operational efficiency.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, identification, and handling of materials.
- Maintain warehouse housekeeping standards and compliance with safety regulations.
4. Team Supervision
- Supervise warehouse staff in daily operations and provide guidance when required.
- Support training and onboarding activities for warehouse employees.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in fostering teamwork and maintaining a positive work environment.
5. Performance and Continuous Improvement
- Track warehouse KPIs including inventory accuracy, delivery performance, receiving efficiency, and productivity.
- Support lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
- Assist with root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
6. Compliance and Safety
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, ESD requirements, and safety regulations.
- Support warehouse audits and corrective action implementation.
- Promote safe working practices and environmental compliance.

REQUIREMENTS: 

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.

2. Experience: minimum of 3 years experience a Assistant Warehouse Manager or a similar role.

3. Others:

- Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.

- Experience using ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.

- Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

- Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations and best practices.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good organizational and time management abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
