As an Associate Sales Development Representative, you’ll learn how to open doors and create opportunities. You’ll gain hands-on experience reaching out to potential customers, responding to inbound interest, and qualifying leads for our sales teams. This role is fast-paced and activity-driven —you’ll make calls, send emails, and leverage social channels daily to build connections. With coaching and support, you’ll learn how to craft compelling messages, ask discovery questions, and move prospects to the next stage of the sales cycle. Along the way, you’ll develop valuable skills in sales technology, market research, and AI-powered prospecting tools.

You Will:
• Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, and digital channels.
• Respond promptly to inbound leads and qualify interest using defined criteria.
• Schedule introductory calls or meetings for account executives.
• Maintain accurate records of activity and conversations in the CRM.
• Learn to tailor outreach messaging to different personas and industries.
• Use AI-powered tools to research prospects and improve outreach efficiency.
• Track daily and weekly activity goals (calls, emails, meetings booked).
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and handoff processes.
• Participate in training to develop discovery, qualification, and communication skills.
• Some (1+ year) experience in Sales B2B, Sales Account Management or any related field
• Experience in BPO, high-volume call/chat/email reaching out to client is a advantage
• Language: Korean working Professionally (Topik 5/6) + English communication
