ATS Hardware Development Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Hardware Development Engineer to design, develop, and maintain hardware for Automated Test Systems (ATS) used in electronic product manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience in test automation, hardware integration, and ATS test jig development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop hardware for Automated Test Systems (ATS) and Automated Test Equipment (ATE) using tools such as KiCad, Altium Designer, or Pulsonix.
• Design switching, measurement, communication, and power modules for ATS/ATE systems.
• Design, fabricate, and assemble ATS test jigs.
• Collaborate with software and firmware teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ATS/ATE systems, including hardware, firmware, and software integration.
• Work closely with hardware and firmware teams to develop and implement test programs for each product.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechatronics Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
• Strong experience with design tools such as KiCad or Altium Designer, AutoCAD, SolidWorks or Creo.
• Knowledge of instrument communication protocols (GPIB, Ethernet, CAN, USB, RS232).
• Solid understanding of measurement and communication circuits.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good English communication skills (both written and verbal).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in designing switching, isolation, measurement, and communication circuits.
• Experience with automated testing systems.
• Knowledge of power supply and Li-ion charger products.
