• Make risk assessment, checklist, SAM, LOTO, PPE and work permit for maintenance work and contractor as regulation
• Complete work order as planned, input corrective work, and breakdown with right failure code to SAP enough
• Update PI daily in team room, update status WO at maintenance board at the work place
• Report weekly from SAP
• Join to build and update RCM continuously, make OWD RCM, SWI, SOP to eliminate task list unnecessarily
• Assessment critical equipment, focus maintenance category A/B equipment prepare : spare parts, SWI, tool, calibration, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, clean-inspection and lubrication.
• Write and update SWI, OPL, SOP as output problem solving and cycle SDCA
• Support and coaching Operator to implement autonomous maintenance
• Analyzing the spare parts to review min/max. Preparing spare parts for A/B equipment. Tracking external repair on time. Recommend to buy special part
• Do predictive maintenance by using thermal cameras and SDT ultrasonic
• Report result of measurement and find opportunity saving dollar
• Automation and control have wire-draw onsite and soft file, have work order maintain, SWI backup.
• Backup fully, do calibration as plan, tracking and update C&A alarm monitoring at the workplace
• Tracking and complete analysis 5Why 100% on quality
• Engineering support: Do as request from line manager
+ Recommend technical improvement for efficiency equipment operation
+ Contribute improvement solution, automation procedure to assure equipment and machine operate effectively, quality and save cost.
+ Take part and set up parameters for new product development
+ Co-ordinating and support other members in the team
Education
• Engineer degree, majoring in Automation, Electrical & Electronic, Mechatronics or related majors
Language
• English: Good reading and writing skills (English communication is a plus)
Computer
• Expertise in MS Office
• PLC/HMI programming Siemens, knowledge about instrument as temperature, pressure, flow….
• SQL and PowerBI are preferred.
Knowledge/ Skills
• Safety operation knowledge
• Basic technical knowledge
• Knowledge about brewing process
• Know Root Cause Analysis (RCA), KPI Target Setting
• Know VPO, 5S, Supply Excellence; Autonomous Maintenance
• Know food safety policy of ABI, HACCP and Quality management
Industry Experiences
• Experienced in Manufacturing industry, especially Food & Beverage (F&B) industry• Beer industry is a plus
Position Experiences
• Having 2 years related work experience in Automation/Maintenance Technician or Engineer is a plus.
