Job Description

Apply available automation solutions and Microsoft tools to support predefined automation initiatives, aiming to convert manual CS processes into automated workflows and reports.
Build, execute and maintain basic automation workflows using Macro, Power Automate, etc.
Analyze customer service processes and transactions to identify automation opportunities and propose improvement solutions.

Student or fresh graduate in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, IT, or related fields
Interest in process improvement and digital transformation
Strong logical thinking and analytical skills
Responsible, proactive, able to work independently. Project and time management skills are a plus.
Strong technical foundation in Macros, Power Automate, and Power Apps; experience with Power BI, Power Query, or AI tools is a plus.
Hands-on experience with automation projects (academic, internship, or personal)
Basic knowledge of SAP / ERP systems
Exposure to supply chain or order-to-cash processes
Good command of English.
