Automotive Test Engineer (Kỹ sư Kiểm định & Kiểm thử Ô tô)

• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test specifications based on system, component, and vehicle-level requirements.
• Prepare test setups using vehicle components such as ECUs, sensors, actuators, wiring harnesses, and instrumentation systems.
• Execute vehicle-level and system-level validation tests, including functional, integration, and performance-related testing.
• Support on-road, on-track, or bench testing activities to evaluate vehicle behavior, system performance, and test results.
• Collect, monitor, and analyze test data using data acquisition systems and engineering tools.
• Prepare technical reports with clear findings, test results, root cause analysis, and improvement recommendations.
• Support issue tracking, defect investigation, and validation of corrective actions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to test automation, test scripting, and continuous improvement of testing processes and methods when applicable.

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics, Automotive Electronics, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle systems, chassis systems, or automotive electrical/electronic architecture.
• Understanding of automotive testing and validation principles at component, system, or vehicle level.
• Knowledge of in-vehicle networking such as CAN, CAN-FD, LIN, Ethernet, FlexRay, or diagnostics is an advantage.
• Familiarity with test tools or data acquisition/analysis tools such as Vector, DEWESoft, MATLAB, Python, or similar tools is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle instrumentation, sensor setup, and test data processing is a plus.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a dynamic automotive testing environment.
• Having a valid driving license is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in automotive software/system testing or vehicle dynamics/chassis validation is a plus.
• Familiarity with test automation, scripting, or issue tracking tools such as Jira, CAPL, Git, or similar platforms is an advantage.
