- Shape and strengthen our B2B brand position: Contribute to building a clear, consistent, and compelling brand aligned with business goals.
- Own and grow our digital presence: Manage and grow key platforms (Website, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram…), turning them into effective lead-generation channels.
- Develop compelling B2B content and storytelling: Develop content that showcases our products, manufacturing capabilities, competitive strengths, and real business value.
- Create impactful marketing materials: Work with content and design teams to produce high-quality assets — from articles and videos to company profiles, brochures, and sales kits.
- Drive performance marketing: Collaborate on planning and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital channels.
- Turn data into decisions: Track key metrics (traffic, engagement, CPL, conversion rate, lead quality) and continuously improve performance.
- Work closely with Sales: Ensure marketing efforts translate into real business results through better leads and higher conversion.
- Stay ahead of the market: Keep up with industry trends, competitor activities, and digital innovations to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Go global: Support English content and materials for international clients and export markets.
- Collaborate across teams: Partner with Sales, Design, Production, and Customer Service to ensure marketing reflects real business strengths.
- Background in Marketing, Communications, Business, E-commerce, or related fields.
- 2+ year of experience in Marketing (B2B is a strong advantage).
- Experience in manufacturing/export industry or beauty/hair industry is a big plus
- Strong content thinking and writing skills, especially for professional/B2B audiences.
- Good English skills (reading & writing for work purposes).
- Hands-on Experience with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, Canva, or similar.
- A proactive attitude, strong sense of ownership, and willingness to grow.
