1. Sales and Business Operations for Swarovski Products:
- Direct sales at traditional jewelry stores (Swarovski products) and delivery to customers' locations upon request, according to the sales plan set by the department in each market.
- Identify, maintain, develop, and provide excellent customer service and market support:
- Introduce, advise, and persuade customers to use the company’s products.
- Advise and maintain relationships with customers based on the data allocated by the company.
- Seek and identify new customers for the products the company is distributing.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with both existing and newly acquired customers.
- Collaborate with sales managers to achieve sales targets.
- Report to Line Manager on weekly sales progress and outcomes.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in selling premium products.
2. Marketing of Products:
- Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, pricing, consumer behavior, competitor campaigns, market trends,... to develop effective marketing strategies aimed at achieving business objectives.
- Develop plans and KPIs for implementing sampling and activation activities.
- Prepare communication content plans and materials according to the approved IMC plan and brand positioning:
- Generate creative ideas for each communication content and material.
- Develop an overall content plan.
3. Product Maintenance and Stock Management:
- Collaborate with the Product Team to place orders and propose product designs that meet market demand.
4. Post-Sales Activities:
- Prepare sales reports, purchase orders, and post-sale reports for submission to the accounting department and department head for review.
- Place orders and suggest designs to meet market and customer demands, aligned with the company’s capabilities, ensuring no product overstock.
- Report inventory levels and required quantities to the department head and regularly reconcile stock quantities with accounting.
- Complete all required documentation on the same day as per the company’s regulations and submit it to the department head for approval before forwarding it to other departments.
- Comply with company and branch operational procedures and perform other tasks as directed by Line Manager.
