Back-End Developer

• Position Title: BACK END DEVELOPER
• Function: Technologies and Analytics
• Report to: Engineer Lead

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Work directly with customers to gather, clarify, and analyze business requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and system integrations.
• Collaborate with customer-side and internal teams to deliver enterprise applications.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Participate in technical discussions, project planning, and daily team activities.
• Support deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of applications.

• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and MSSQL.
• Experience with REST APIs, system integration, and backend architecture.
• Familiarity with Docker/Podman, NGINX, Git, and Linux environments.
• Experience with low-code/integration platforms such as DirectUS, N8N, Superset, Power Automate
• Experience working with AI-assisted development tools for coding, code review, and productivity enhancement.
• Understanding of software design principles, clean code, and testing practices.
• Good analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
• English communication is a plus.
