The BIM Manager will lead the strategic implementation and governance of BIM practices across the Global BIM Center and its projects. This senior role is responsible for defining BIM strategy, establishing standards and workflows, managing BIM teams, and serving as the primary BIM representative for clients and stakeholders. The BIM Manager will drive digital transformation and ensure BIM excellence across all project phases from concept to completion.
- BIM Strategy & Leadership: Define, lead, and maintain the organization's BIM strategy and project digital delivery approach; drive innovation and best practices in BIM implementation.
- BIM Execution Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive BIM Execution Plans (BEP) for bid and project teams; establish project-specific BIM Management Plans.
- Standards & Governance: Establish and enforce BIM standards, protocols, templates, and libraries across the organization; ensure compliance with international standards (ISO 19650) and client requirements.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of BIM Coordinators, Modelers, and Specialists; oversee day-to-day BIM activities and resource allocation.
- Coordination & Quality Control: Lead BIM coordination meetings and clash detection processes; oversee model federation, quality assurance, and data verification.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary BIM point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders; represent the team in workshops and design reviews.
- Common Data Environment (CDE): Establish and manage the Common Data Environment across internal teams and external interfaces.
- Innovation & Training: Stay updated with latest BIM technologies and industry trends; provide training and guidance to junior staff.
