Body & Paint Technician - Porsche Centre Saigon

Objective:

Learn and develop body and paint related skills across the full repair process specializing in either body or paint by the time they are fully competent. 

Key tasks and responsibilities:

·       Learn and develop Paint repair skills

·       Learn and develop Body repair skills

·       Support team members while taking on board the new skills

·       Assist in non-productive tasks when assigned

·       Complete any assigned training courses deemed relevant for development

·       Keep all equipment provided well maintained and areas clean

·       Work alongside body / paint technicians to provide our customers high standard repairs

·       Follow schedule of work provided by supervisor

·       Ensure all targets set are achieved

·       Follow all Porsche dealer policies

·       Support other departments where required

Minimum Qualifications:

·       Basic computer and Microsoft office skills

·       Good  - excellent English language skills

Requirements and Attitude:

·       Computer skills (Microsoft Office XP products)

·       A want / willingness to learn new skills

·       Good English knowledge

·       Good communication skills

·       Quality and customer focused approach

·       Dynamic, positive, confident, self-motivated and good team player

·       Very organized, tidy and clean working style
