1. Create, maintain, and validate engineering and manufacturing BOMs,
2. Create new alternative part number/ part changes/updates for current projects/products on ERP,
3. Ensure BOM accuracy for components, alternates, AML/AVL, reference designators, and quantities,
4. Align BOMs with schematics, PCB layouts, and customer documentation,
5. Manage part numbering, lifecycle status, and revision control,
6. Process and implement Engineering Change Orders (ECOs/ECNs) in PLM/ERP systems,
7. Coordinate change impact analysis (cost, inventory, schedule, quality, compliance),
8. Track ECO approvals and ensure timely execution on the production floor,
9. Control revision history and maintain full change traceability.
10. Review and work with customer for giving feedback to EQ of PCB supplier.
11. Any other duties as and when required by BOM Supervisor / ME Manager.
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience working in EMS company,
3. At least an additional 2 years related to PCBA engineering experience or box-build parts assembly,
4. Experience working SAP, BOM setup and change control process,
5. Solid understanding of engineering principles,
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications,
7. Proficiency in the English language (reading, writing, speaking and comprehension),
