Job Description

Idea Generation & Brainstorming: Conduct trend research, collect inspiration, and assist the team in brainstorming creative campaign concepts and product stories.
Proposal Writing Support: Draft copy, formulate brand storytelling narratives, define key messaging, and write detailed content for campaign proposal decks.
Proposal Layout & Formatting: Collaborate with team members using Figma to format, lay out, and visually polish project proposal decks.
Market Research: Gather market intelligence and analyze inspirational competitor campaigns to serve as input for team creative sessions.
Assist in other creative operational tasks as assigned by the Brand Team Leader.

Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, Languages, Advertising, or related fields.
Creative mindset combined with strong copywriting skills and a passion for campaign ideation in F&B.
Basic English proficiency is required.
Proficiency in Figma is a major plus (for proposal layouting, text/image framing, and live collaboration).
Proactive, trend-savvy, detail-oriented, and reliable.
