To further strengthen our brand presence in the market, we are seeking a Brand Manager – a key role responsible for shaping brand strategy, elevating brand value, and ensuring consistent brand expression across all communication platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE BRAND MANAGEMENT ROLE
- Build and develop Brand Story, Brand Voice, and Brand Narrative
- Ensure consistency in brand image, messaging, and spirit across all touchpoints
- Collaborate closely with Marketing & Guest Experience teams to ensure strategies are executed in alignment with brand essence
- Act as the guardian and leader of the brand spirit
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
Experience
- 5-8 years of experience in Brand/Marketing, with at least 3+ years in a strategic brand management role (preferably in Hospitality, F&B, or Lifestyle)
- Proven experience in developing Brand Strategy & Brand Architecture
- Strong storytelling ability with emotional depth and systematic thinking
- Sensitivity to culture, aesthetics, and experiential design
- A strong belief that branding is not only about selling, but about nurturing long-term value
Professional Knowledge
- In-depth knowledge of Brand Strategy and Brand Architecture
- Solid understanding of Brand Experience and customer behavior in the service industry
Skills & Competencies
- Strategic thinking with strong systemization capability
- Creative leadership skills
- High sensitivity to aesthetics and cultural nuances
- Ability to craft meaningful brand stories rooted in Vietnamese culture
- Proficiency in foreign languages (English preferred) to align with international standards
