Job Summary:
A Brand Marketing Leader works closely with Sales teams to understand customer needs and market trends, ensuring branding activities are implemented at the right time through effective online and offline campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Branding Strategy (Core responsibility):
- Develop and implement branding and marketing strategies aligned with the Company’s business and commercial objectives.
- Build and manage brand identity, positioning and messaging across all channels (social media & offline events).
- Plan and execute branding campaigns to increase products brand awareness, brand recognition and market presence.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, communication assets and touchpoints.
- Manage branding timelines, deliverables, budgets and campaign performance.
Sales team Collaboration (Collaborative role):
- Work closely with Sales teams to understand: Customer needs and buying behavior, market demand and consumer trends, feedback from corporate, retail (MT) and wholesale customers
- Coordinate with Sales to identify when branding activities are needed, including: online branding campaigns, offline events, product launches to plan and execute promotional strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness and driving visibility for new products.
- Develop branding plans that directly support sales objectives, product push and market expansion.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies on: creative concepts and campaign ideas, visual direction, packaging and communication materials.
Reporting & Improvement:
- Prepare periodic marketing and branding reports (campaign performance, brand visibility, market feedback).
- Present branding plans, concepts and results to Management/ BOD when required.
