BUSINESS ANALYST (ESG Report Platform)

1. Understanding Customer Needs & Solution Development

• Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements
• Coordinate with internal and external teams (business units, end users, developers, IT) to analyze requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.

2. Solution Proposal & Customization

• Prepare and present technical solutions to demonstrate the value of the company's products and services.
• Provide pre-sales technical support and work with product development teams to customize solutions for customers.

3. Project Execution & Management

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects, including resource allocation
• Risk management and problem-solving

4. Documentation, Market Research & Training

• Maintain technical documents such as proposals and specifications.
• Analyze market trends to enhance the company’s solutions and stay updated on industry developments.
• Conduct technical training for sales teams and project members to improve knowledge and execution.

5. Customer Feedback & Continuous Improvement

• Collect user feedback, refine solutions to meet customer expectations.

Background: Bachelor of Information Technology, Mathematics and Information Technology.

Experience:

•        At least 02-03 years of experience in a similar position such as Pre-Sales, Technical Sales, Project Management, Business Analyst from service integration

•        Experience in participating in projects according to the Agile/Scrum Master model is an advantage.

•        Priority is given to those with experience in implementing IT projects in other organizations.

Knowledge

·        Microsoft Tools: Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio, with a good understanding of software development.

·        Software & Programming: Experience in analyzing and implementing systems like ERP, EAM, and Power BI.

·        Business & IT Knowledge: Understanding of business operations, data analysis, and IT applications.

·        Requirement Analysis: Skilled in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business needs.

·        Technology Awareness: Familiar with Cloud computing and Microservices architecture.

·        Development Platforms: Basic knowledge of .NET or Java.
