Job Description

Cadena is seeking talented Business Analysts to localize and optimize the next generation HCM platform for Vietnam. This role acts as a key bridge between global product teams and local business operations, ensuring the platform complies with Vietnamese HR practices, regulations, and user requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Localization & Market Analysis (Vietnam)

Analyze gaps between current product features and Vietnam-specific HR requirements.

Translate local HR practices, workflows, and compliance needs into product requirements understandable by global teams.

Define localization strategies that balance global standardization and local flexibility.

HR Domain & Compliance Analysis

Lead analysis of Vietnam HR regulations and practices, including:

  • Labor contracts, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Working hours, overtime, and leave policies.
  • Payroll-related structures (PIT, social insurance, benefits, and allowances).

Ensure compliance requirements are clearly documented and configurable within the global product framework.

Job Requirement

Your Profile

Experience

3+ years as a Business Analyst year of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, management information systems or a related field.

Strong background in Human Capital Management products.

Experience with global or multi-country products (highly preferred).

Knowledge of tax and labor laws (highly preferred).

Skills & Competencies

In-depth knowledge of Vietnam HR practices and compliance.

Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication skills in cross-cultural environments.

Ability to translate local business needs into globally scalable product requirements.

High sense of ownership and ability to work independently.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.

Language

English: Fluent in both written and spoken communication (daily collaboration with global teams).
