Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into clear and actionable software requirements.
Lead requirement-gathering sessions, document user stories, business process flows, and functional specifications.
Ensure all project deliverables (BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, etc.) meet both client expectations and internal development standards.
Collaborate closely with project team to ensure accurate understanding and implementation of requirements.
Participate in defining project scope, priorities, and timelines in alignment with business goals.
Support testing activities by validating requirements and reviewing test cases.
Communicate effectively with Japanese clients to clarify business logic, system expectations, and change requests.
Contribute to solution design, particularly for software development, automation or RPA projects are the plus.
Provide post-delivery support and ensure client satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Job Requirement
REQUEST
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
Strong IT background with experience in software development life cycle (SDLC) and requirement management.
1–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Bridge Engineer in software development projects.
Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2 or higher) – able to communicate directly with Japanese clients. Experience working or studying in Japan (understanding Japanese working behavior is a must).
Experience in data analyst, business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
Knowledge of RPA tools, automation tools is a big plus.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a passion for solving problems.
Team-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
