Business Analyst

Job Description

- Report directly to supervisor(s) and Project Manager if required.

- Receive requests departments, analyze business processes, propose possible solutions.

- Writing business requirements specification documents, user requirements.

- Analyze design, product functionality, use prototyping tools to design mockups/wireframes for apps, and use tools to model requirements.

- Writing detailed user stories and tasks for DEV and QC team, and managing these within structured Epics.

- Coordinate with DEV, QA team during development, to ensure that project members clearly understand and properly understand the requirements.

- Write instructions to use the functions of the system.

- Support project manager in project planning & implementation.

Requirement

MUST HAVE:

-    Minimum 1-2 years experience as a Business Systems Analyst/Business Analyst.

-    Good presentation and documentation skills.

-    Business process modeling and design.

-    Can read and design in UML language, familiar with at least one of the Use Case diagrams, Activity Diagrams, State Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams.

-    Can understand and design a real Diagram relational body.

-   Experience in retail is an advantage.

-   Have a eagerness to learn.

-   Ability to approach, research & grasp technology quickly & effectively.

-   Graduated IT universities.

NICE TO HAVE:

-   Data-driven, experience in , Data Model is a plus.

-   Experience working in an Agile environment.
