Business Analyst

1. Business Requirement Analysis
• Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, and relevant stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Analyze business rules, functional requirements, and process logic to ensure clarity and feasibility.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for development teams.
2. Documentation & Solution Design Support
• Create, maintain, and update business and functional documentation, including but not limited to:
+ Process flows and flowcharts
+ Activity, sequence, and use-case diagrams
+ Wireframes and screen mockups
+ API mapping and integration documents
3. Testing, Training & Go-live Support
• Prepare and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and go-live plans.
• Support business teams during testing and training activities.
• Guide users on system usage and provide functional support when required.
4. System Operation & Issue Management
• Support business teams in system configuration, parameter setup, and workflow management.
• Monitor, track, and coordinate resolution of issues arising in the production environment.
• Collaborate with relevant IT and development teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
5. Coordination & Reporting
• Report directly to the DL Manager on task progress, issues, and deliverables.
6. Other tasks as assigned by the manager

1. Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, or a related discipline.
2. Experience
• Minimum 01-02 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Experience working in financial services or banking organizations is an advantage.
• Experience working in Agile methodologies and project-based environments.
3. Skills & Professional Competencies
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including business, UI/UX, and development teams.
• User-centric mindset with experience collaborating on UI/UX design and customer journey optimization.
• Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
