Position Overview
TCSC is dedicated to developing cutting-edge digital products tailored for Financial Services, Securities Trading, and Wealth Management. We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to become part of our scaling startup team. In this role, you will evaluate commercial requirements, specify solution criteria, and deliver state-of-the-art software powering our core financial infrastructure. Success in this position demands extensive knowledge in professional business analysis, financial operations, securities systems, and digital application development.
Core Responsibilities
● Elicit, evaluate, and formally record business needs through active engagement with corporate stakeholders, Product Owners, and engineering squads.
● Convert high-level business goals into actionable user stories, structured functional specifications, workflow charts, and clear acceptance parameters.
● Assess current operational procedures to pinpoint optimization areas and propose impactful digital modifications.
● Partner effectively across various units—including UX/UI design, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Data Science, and Compliance—throughout the full product lifecycle.
● Drive key Agile phases such as initial product discovery, scope clarification, backlog pruning, iteration planning, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
● Verify that finalized technical products meet all targeted strategic goals, business demands, and legal compliance mandates.
● Produce high-quality system documentation, process diagrams, detailed technical descriptions, operational guides, and release summaries.
● Act as a primary communication bridge between executive stakeholders and technical development teams to facilitate seamless execution.
● Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a related analytical capacity, specifically within FinTech, Securities, or broader Financial Services fields.
● Deep comprehension of investment frameworks, capital markets, digital banking services, wealth management, and securities trading workflows.
● Advanced critical thinking capabilities with a proven track record of breaking down complex logic into user stories and functional criteria.
● Proficiency in mapping operational workflows using standard visual methodologies like BPMN, flowcharts, or UML.
● Hands-on experience drafting structured artifacts including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
● Strong background collaborating inside Agile setups utilizing Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
● Solid grasp of fundamental software design paradigms, system integrations, and RESTful API structures.
● Familiarity with industry-standard documentation, wireframing, and workflow mapping platforms such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Figma, or Draw.io.
● Exceptional interpersonal communication, presentation, problem-resolution, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
● Holding relevant domain certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, CSPO, PSPO) or securities-focused credentials is highly advantageous
