Business Assistant

- Analyzing our Singapore client business structure and finding suitable potential partners for them in Vietnam’s market.

- Tracking potential partners' contact (Vietnam), representing & convincing them to connect with our clients via online/offline meeting

- Arrange meeting/Support foreign clients/colleagues during business trips in Vietnam

- Customer services (follow up projects, note down of minutes, provide any info about the business & relative knowledge if needed)

- Strong at analyzing and sourcing skill

- Reporting to the managing director about the project.

- Be able to contact/communicate with oversea related departments if needed

- Be a translator/ interpreter for guests if needed

- Complete the report after finishing Business Matching projects

- Support in business administrative and development task

- Ad-hoc jobs required by Leaders

- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- Good in written and spoken English
- Preferably Chinese speaking candidate
- Adaptability in working in a high pressure working environment
- Excellent time management skill, have ability to prioritize work
- Strong organizational skills especially multi-tasking Attention to details and problem-solving skills
- Able to travel domestically and internationally for business meeting
