Business Development Coordinator (Project Coordinator)

Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

Coordinate the operation and supervision of premium services for high-tier clients (VIP/Private Banking/High-end Cardholders). Ensure consistent and professional service quality and customer experience aligned with the brand and banking partner orientation.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage and maintain relationships with current and potential clients (B2B) as well as business partners.
• Consolidate data and evaluate program effectiveness on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Collaborate closely with other functional departments to address client inquiries and needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to onboard and adjust product offerings for projects.
• Support business operations through tasks such as SLA control, process tracking, data management, and performance push programs.

Job Requirement

REQUIREMENTS:

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

Professional Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Business Development or Key Account Management.

Language Proficiency

• Good command of English.
