Job Description

Conduct market and competitor analysis in the T.I.C/building lifecycle services (design, construction, operation, maintenance, sustainability).
Identify potential clients, partners, and business opportunities.
Recruit and manage agents/distributors to drive growth.
Represent BLS to clients, regulators, and associations.
Business development plan and build operations from the ground up

Male/Female: 30 -40 years old
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma.
Experience of 3 years or more in business development or market research, Construction segment in TIC companies or experience in construction materials companies, construction/investor/construction contractor.
Fluent in English
