Job Description

Research & Strategy: Analyze flexible packaging trends in target markets (new material structures, green/eco-friendly and recyclable packaging). Identify and monitor international competitors.
Sourcing & Networking: Generate new leads through various channels: B2B E-commerce platforms (Alibaba, Global Sources), International Trade Fairs (Propak, Interpack), LinkedIn networking or the others.
Quotation & Negotiation: Handle Requests for Quotation (RFQ); collaborate with R&D and Production departments for costing; submit quotations and negotiate foreign trade contract terms (Incoterms, international payment methods).
Product Development: Consult with clients on optimal film structures (PET/AL/PE, PA/PE, Aluminum foil, etc.) tailored to their specific products (food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics).
Project Management: Oversee the cylinder engraving process, approve mock-ups, and monitor the progress of first-time orders to ensure absolute satisfaction for foreign partners.

B.A at university of economics or foreign trade
At least 2-3 years of experience in Export or Business Development. Candidates with experience in Packaging, Plastics, or Printing industries are preferred.
English (4 skills) is advanced.
Professional Knowledge: * In-depth understanding of various film types (BOPP, PET, CPP, AL, LLDPE, etc.) is plus.
Thorough knowledge of Import-Export procedures, international payment methods (L/C, T/T).
Skills: Cross-cultural communication, sharp negotiation skills, and technical solution consulting.
