MAIN PURPOSE:
- As a Business Development Executive/Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and managing existing client relationships. This position requires a strategic approach to business development, strong leadership, and exceptional account management skills.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIITIES:
Client Management & Customer Service
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
- Act as a senior point of contact for key clients to resolve complex and strategic issues.
- Develop and execute client account plans to drive growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, HR, Supply Chain, etc.) to identify and resolve service delivery issues.
- Conduct regular client meetings and performance reviews.
- Implement client satisfaction surveys, track and analyze feedback, and propose improvement actions.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor service quality, delivery timelines, and performance metrics (e.g., SLA compliance).
- Champion a client-focused culture across teams and ensure continuous improvement in service experience
Business Development
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and potential clients in target markets.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover industry trends and opportunities.
- Promote IFM services: catering, cleaning, security, maintenance, and more.
- Expand client base across multiple sectors: office buildings, residential complexes, factories, hotels, schools, etc.
