New Business Development: Identify, target, and secure new customers for contract logistics services, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
Market Expansion: Research market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to develop effective sales approaches.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their supply chain challenges and offering tailored solutions.
Solution Selling: Work with internal teams to design and present customized contract logistics solutions, including warehousing, distribution, and value-added services.
Deal Closing: Lead contract negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaboration: Coordinate with operations, finance, and legal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of new contracts.
Sales Reporting: Track and report on business development activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts.
Experience: Minimum 5+ years in Contract Logistics Sales (warehousing, distribution, supply chain solutions).
Industry Focus: Experience in FMCG, Retail, Consumer Goods, or Healthcare logistics is a strong advantage.
Sales Drive: Proven ability to hunt for new business and successfully close contracts.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of contract logistics, warehousing, and distribution services.
Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Language: Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
