ROLE

The Business Development Manager cultivates relationships right across the industry opening business development opportunities for the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Cultivating relationships right across the industry opening business development opportunities
  • Develop and nurture relationships across the industry to open new business development opportunities.
  • Actively engage with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Account planning, segmentation, and pipeline development.
  • Conduct account planning, segmentation, and pipeline development activities.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing and new accounts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed growth and sales targets.
  • Managing the sales life cycle process from first meeting to client signing, handover to CSMO team, account expansion, and renewals
  • Work closely with the product development team to develop new business solutions.
  • Collaborate with potential clients and partners to understand their needs and align business solutions accordingly.

Job Requirement

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in healthcare solutions selling is an added advantage
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence the outcome.
  • A good team player and demonstrated ability to work with different departments and regions.
  • Resourceful and creative thinking.
  • Goal-focused.
