Salary: Up to $4,078/month (104.000.000 VND) (Base Salary + Commission + Performance Bonus)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify & Develop B2B Sales Opportunities: Target real estate developers, industrial contractors, and distributors worldwide

Expand Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and international partners

Negotiate & Close High-Value Deals: Drive revenue through consultative selling and contract negotiations

Ensure Payment Collection & Financial Health: Your commission is based on actual revenue collected, so cash flow management is key

Market Intelligence & Competitive Positioning: Provide insights to enhance product-market fit and business strategy

Job Requirement

WHO WE NEED

Proven track record in B2B sales & business development (Construction, Industrial Manufacturing, or related sectors preferred)

Strong negotiation, networking, and deal-closing skills

Self-motivated & results-driven with a competitive mindset

Ability to manage client payments & collections effectively

Fluent in Vietnamese; English proficiency is a plus for international markets

WHAT WE OFFER

Fixed Base Salary: $588/month (15,000,000 VND) or negotiation based on experience

Performance-Based KPI Salary: Up to $588/month (15,000,000 VND)

High-Paying Commissions: Earn up to 2.2% on actual revenue collected
