About the Role
We’re looking for a Business Development Specialist to support business growth initiatives across multiple e-commerce platforms in an international environment.
This role focuses on performance analysis, new platform exploration, and cross-functional execution, working closely with different teams to drive scalable growth.
What You’ll Do
Analyze business performance across products, channels, and regions to identify growth opportunities
Research and evaluate new e-commerce platforms and business opportunities
Support the planning and execution of new platform / channel initiatives
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Commercial Ops, BI, Brand, BU) to ensure smooth rollout
Track progress of key initiatives and provide structured updates
Conduct plan vs. actual analysis to evaluate performance and recommend improvements
Contribute to building and standardizing workflows, SOPs, and best practices
Stay updated on e-commerce trends and platform changes
Support other tasks assigned by the Line Manager
Who We’re Looking For
3–4 years of experience in Business Development, Commercial Strategy, or E-commerce
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights
Experience working in cross-functional environments
Good project tracking and execution skills
Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
Professional English proficiency (required)
