Support the BU President in driving strategic planning, business performance tracking, and new business development initiatives across CBS Vietnam.
The role acts as a central coordination point (Strategy/PMO) to ensure alignment across functions, support decision-making at leadership level, and drive execution of key strategic projects, including transformation, new business, and brand portfolio development.
1. Strategy Planning & Market Intelligence:
- Lead 3-year strategic planning cycle, including market & competitor mapping across sports, fashion, and 1adjacent categories.
- Conduct market research (desk & field) to support expansion strategy and new business initiatives.
- Provide market insights and commercial inputs for brand portfolio expansion (sports, fashion, beauty, and new categories).
- Coordinate cross-functional inputs and support alignment from internal teams to BOD approval.
2. Performance Management & Governance
- Lead monthly pe13rformance review & KPI tracking
- Ensure alignment, decision tracking, and follow-up execution
- Standardize processes and track key decisions and ensure execution follow-up across teams
3. Strategic Projects & Operations
- Drive key initiatives (Transformation, IT, Supersports improvement)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure delivery
- Support leasing tracking and operational priorities when needed
4. New Business & Portfolio Management
- Develop new business cases and go-to-market plans
- Support new brand evaluation and expansion
- Manage brand renewal, contracts, and brand exit (M&A, due diligence)
