Proactively identify and develop new B2B clients (domestic & international markets).
Consult and propose suitable HR solutions tailored to each client’s business model.
Negotiate, close service contracts, and ensure smooth project implementation.
Build and manage your own client database (lead generation, outbound sales, networking).
Collaborate closely with Recruitment and Marketing teams to deliver high-quality services.
Manage sales pipeline, track KPIs, and report performance regularly.
Conduct market research and contribute to global expansion strategies.
Target Markets: VN, Japan, Korea, China, Taiwan, US, EU….
Minimum 2–3 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in service-based industries such as HR, staffing, outsourcing, IT services, or consultancy).
Proven experience in building client databases and developing markets independently.
Strong sales-driven mindset with the ability to work under KPI pressure.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Professional working proficiency in English (mandatory).
Proactive, ownership-driven, and growth-oriented personality.
Nice to have:
Additional language skills (Chinese, Korean, Japanese) are a plus.
Existing international client networks are highly preferred.
