Job Description

ĀRCA is a premium wellness and longevity ecosystem focused on building modern, science-backed health and beauty experiences. Our business spans premium wellness technology and products, customer education, strategic partnerships, hospitality and wellness integrations, community experiences, and new concepts across longevity, recovery, beauty and lifestyle. As an early-stage business, we are looking for a strong, commercially minded individual who can work closely with the Founder to help build, structure and scale ĀRCA

ROLE SUMMARY

The Business & Operations Lead will work directly with the Founder as a key business lead across growth, partnerships and day-to-day business operations.

The successful candidate will translate the Founder’s vision and ideas into clear priorities, commercial plans and executable actions; assess opportunities before resources are committed; coordinate the team; and ensure decisions are followed through with clear ownership and accountability.

Over time, this person is expected to become a trusted second-in-command to the Founder for business and commercial matters, independently resolving routine issues and enabling the Founder to focus on major relationships, strategy and growth.

The role requires someone who can move comfortably between strategy and hands-on execution.

1. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & GROWTH STRATEGY

• Identify and prioritize key growth opportunities with the Founder.

• Translate ideas into structured business plans, commercial models and actionable next steps.

• Evaluate new revenue channels, customer segments, products, services and market opportunities.

• Build business cases covering revenue potential, investment, resources, timing, strategic fit and expected return.

• Establish short-, medium- and long-term commercial priorities and go-to-market plans.

• Recommend which opportunities to pursue, revise, postpone or deprioritize

2. STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS

• Develop high-value partnerships across hotels, gyms, fitness studios, clinics, healthcare providers, sports organizations, spas, retreats, corporates, premium lifestyle and beauty brands, and wellness communities.

• Develop category-specific partnership strategies, value propositions and presentations.

• Lead key partner meetings and negotiate product placement, referral, revenue-share, retail, corporate and long-term collaboration arrangements.

• Identify opportunities to integrate ĀRCA products and technology into partner environments.

• Develop co-branded products, packages and experiences where commercially relevant.

• Maintain key partner relationships after launch, with clear objectives, responsibilities and measurable outcomes.

3. BUSINESS OPERATIONS & FOUNDER SUPPORT

• Act as a coordination point between the Founder, internal team, partners and external stakeholders.

• Translate Founder direction into clear briefs, actions, owners and deadlines.

• Allocate and coordinate work across Sales, Marketing, Operations and external partners; follow through on execution.

• Establish and improve SOPs, workflows, trackers and internal processes.

• Run regular business follow-ups; identify bottlenecks and resolve recurring operational issues.

• Consolidate information and recommendations before escalating decisions to the Founder.

• Independently manage agreed business matters and represent the Founder in selected meetings as responsibility grows. This role oversees operational structure, accountability and processes. Routine administration and logistics are delegated to the relevant team members

4. COMMERCIAL OVERSIGHT

• Work with Sales & Commercial to convert business development and partnerships into revenue.

• Review the pipeline, major leads, conversion and revenue performance.

• Support major B2B negotiations and high-value customer opportunities.

• Refine pricing, commercial structures, proposals and customer journeys.

• Ensure events and activations have clear objectives and expected commercial outcomes; review results and recommend what to continue, improve or stop

5. TEAM COORDINATION & ACCOUNTABILITY

• Establish clear responsibilities and priorities across the growing team.

• Maintain visibility across projects and hold owners accountable for agreed deliverables.

• Provide concise management reporting on priorities, revenue, partnerships, risks and decisions required.

• Support recruitment and development of commercial and operational resources.

• Build a culture of ownership, urgency, organization and accountability.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

• Clear business priorities, project owners, deadlines and consistent follow-through.

• High-value partnerships that generate measurable commercial opportunities.

• Disciplined evaluation of opportunities before time and resources are committed.

• Structured commercial and operational processes, with fewer routine matters requiring the Founder.

• Clear management visibility and increasingly scalable revenue channels.

Job Requirement

• Ideally 5+ years across business development, partnerships, commercial, strategy, operations, account management or related roles.

• Strong commercial judgment and proven delivery of projects and relationships from idea through execution.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship management and follow-up discipline.

• Comfortable working directly with a Founder and bringing structure to a fast-moving environment.

• Confidence to constructively challenge ideas and recommend alternatives.

• High ownership, independent prioritization and willingness to execute hands-on.

• Experience in wellness, hospitality, healthcare, beauty, fitness, luxury, retail or consumer businesses is an advantage.

• Fluent in Vietnamese and English.

BENEFITS & GROWTH

Competitive compensation based on experience and performance; direct collaboration with the Founder and significant responsibility across the business.

Opportunity to shape ĀRCA from an early stage, with potential progression to Head of Business / General Manager as the company scales
