Position Summary:
The Business System Specialist acts as a bridge between Operations, Finance, and IT to lead business system improvements, AI adoption, and process digitalization initiatives.
This role focuses on translating business needs into system solutions, driving automation, and improving data visibility and decision-making through digital tools and AI-enabled processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Process Analysis & Digitalization
- Analyze existing business processes across operations, finance, and supply chain.
- Identify opportunities for automation, system enhancement, and digital workflows.
- Lead process re-engineering initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Ensure digital solutions (such as Office 365) align with business objectives and user needs.
2. AI Adoption & Use Case Development
- Identify and propose practical AI use cases (e.g., forecasting, reporting automation, anomaly detection).
- Work with Operations and IT to pilot and implement AI-enabled solutions.
- Support change management and user adoption of AI tools.
- Monitor performance and benefits realization from AI initiatives.
3. System Implementation & Integration
- Act as business lead for ERP, reporting, workflow, or system enhancement projects.
- Coordinate with IT vendors, developers, and internal stakeholders.
- Define business requirements, conduct UAT, and support system go-live.
- Ensure data integrity and proper system controls are embedded.
4. Cross-functional Coordination
- Develop dashboards and reports to improve management visibility.
- Track project progress, risks, and benefits.
- Continuously identify opportunities for further digital and system improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, or Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in business systems, process improvement, or digital transformation roles.
- Strong understanding of business processes in operations and finance.
- Hands-on experience in ERP go-live projects, either in-house or from ERP vendor / consulting backgrounds, including at least one full-cycle implementation (requirements, UAT, go-live, stabilization).
- Experience working with AI vendors or consultants to implement AI-driven business or process automation solutions.
- Good communication skills to work across business and technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with hands-on execution capability.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
- Willing and comfortable to regularly walk the shop floor.
