Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Work directly with Users across departments and subsidiaries to understand business needs and pain points.
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for new features, system enhancements, and process improvements.
- Translate business requirements into clear specifications for the Development team.
Project & Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as the primary liaison between Users and the IT department throughout project delivery.
- Support project planning, track progress, and coordinate timelines with Developers and the Infrastructure team.
- Facilitate meetings, gather feedback, and manage expectations between business Users and IT.
Testing & Support
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements before deployment.
- Prepare user guides and training materials, and support Users in adopting new systems and features.
- Provide first-level support to Users, escalating technical issues to the Development or Infrastructure team as needed.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through better use of the ERP system and other tools.
- Monitor system usage and gather User feedback to inform future development priorities.
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
· At least 2 – 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
· Ability to analyze business processes, gather user requirements, and translate business needs into clear documents for technical teams.
· Experience in preparing business and functional documents such as BRD, User Stories, Use Cases, Flowcharts, Mockups/Wireframes, or functional specifications.
· Good communication skills, with the ability to listen, ask the right questions, and work effectively with users from different departments, business units, or companies.
· Collaborate with development, testing, and implementation teams to clarify requirements, support testing, UAT, acceptance, and product improvement.
· Participate in system implementation, end-user training, and post-implementation support.
· Experience in building or implementing ERP modules such as Purchasing, Sales, Inventory/Warehouse, Accounting, Human Resources, Manufacturing, or other enterprise management modules is a strong advantage.
· Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and applying AI tools in daily work is preferred.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with tools such as Visio, Draw.io, Figma, Balsamiq, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent tools is an advantage.
· Strong system thinking, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills; proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to follow tasks through to completion.
· Good English skills, with the ability to read technical documents and work with system-related documents in English.
