1. Employee Relations & HR Administration
- Manage and maintain all employee and company documents in a secure, systematic, and up-to-date manner.
- Prepare, renew, and manage labor-related documents including apprenticeship contracts, probation contracts, labor contracts, and confidentiality/IP commitments.
- Generate and submit periodic reports to local authorities as required by regulations.
- Implement and follow up on company welfare policies such as Seniority Bonus, Year-end Party, and New Year Party.
- Monitor, record, and manage trade union membership admission and related procedures.
2. Payroll Management
- Coordinate with relevant departments to collect and validate approved timesheets for monthly payroll processing.
- Calculate monthly payroll accurately and obtain necessary approvals prior to payment.
- Prepare and distribute monthly payslips to employees in a timely manner.
- Handle and respond to payroll-related inquiries and issues from employees.
3. Insurance & Personal Income Tax (PIT)
- Work with insurance agencies to process employee benefits such as sickness, maternity, and work-related accidents.
- Handle all statutory insurance procedures including social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance; reconcile contribution data and support exit procedures.
- Conduct PIT declarations for employees, including tax code registration for employees and dependents, family deduction registration, and reporting to tax authorities.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.
