Job Description

1. Payroll & C&B Operations

  • Collect and verify monthly attendance data from SSC & DC; ensure proper approvals before payroll processing.

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time; issue payslips within 2 days after month-end.

  • Maintain and archive payroll documents; respond to employee payroll inquiries.

2. Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Coordinate with Recruitment to onboard new hires, update HR master data and systems (Excel, A/X), and maintain personnel files.

  • Manage offboarding processes, including system updates, resignation documents, and final payments.

3. Leave & HR Records

  • Manage leave records in the A/X system and provide reports to Heads of Departments as required.

4. Personal Income Tax (PIT)

  • Register PIT codes for new employees and handle dependent registration.

  • Submit monthly PIT declarations and prepare data for annual PIT finalization.

5. Social, Health & Unemployment Insurance (SHUI)

  • Handle monthly insurance increase/decrease reports in compliance with regulations.

  • Manage issuance and closure of social insurance books and health insurance cards.

6. Labor Contracts

  • Prepare, renew, and manage labor contracts; monitor contract expiry and ensure timely signing and delivery.

7. Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and statutory HR reports for Finance and relevant authorities.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures.

8. Cooperation Pharmacist (DSHT) Management

  • Coordinate required documentation and agreements with Recruitment.

  • Process monthly payments to DSHT in a timely manner.

9. Performance & Values

  • Align individual KPIs with the line manager and ensure target achievement.

  • Actively support the company’s vision, core values, and standards.

Job Requirement

  • College or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.

  • English communication skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in Human Resource Management at a similar level.

  • Strong knowledge of Labor Law, Social Insurance, and HR policies.

  • Proactive, service-oriented, detail-focused, and highly responsible.

  • Good communication, time management, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
