Monitor Website and SOCO App daily, report system issues, and support feature testing new function on system.
Prepare daily and monthly reports on revenue and voucher performance
Execute tactical and thematic campaigns by coordinating with Creative Team and setting up campaign assets (Landing Page, banners, vouchers, Flash Sale, GWP, pack shot)
Handle promotion paperwork and compliance, DO/PR requests.
Support store teams in resolving issues related to GWP promotion.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields; 1–2 years Campaign/Marketing experience (Retail/Beauty is a plus).
Experience in e-commerce campaigns, website/app platforms & digital assets.
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills for reporting.
Good coordination, detail-oriented, proactive; able to work under pressure.
English: Conversational; basic Canva/Adobe is a plus.
Flexible to support weekend activities when needed.
