Job Description

Position Overview

The Campus Manager plays an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the school while supporting enrolment growth, parent engagement and school development.

Working closely with the Principal, Admissions, Marketing and Management teams, the Campus Manager will help create a positive experience for children, families and staff while ensuring the school operates efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

School Operations & Campus Management

  • Oversee daily school operations and campus readiness.
  • Coordinate facilities, maintenance, security, cleaning and external vendors.
  • Ensure a safe, welcoming and well-maintained environment for children, families and staff.
  • Support the implementation of school policies, procedures and operational standards.

Parent Experience & Enrolment Support

  • Work closely with the Admissions and Marketing teams to support enrolment growth.
  • Participate in school tours, parent meetings and enrolment activities.
  • Support school events, open houses and community engagement initiatives.
  • Build positive relationships with prospective and existing families.
  • Help ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all families.

Government Regulations & Compliance

  • Coordinate school licensing, inspections and compliance requirements.
  • Liaise with relevant government authorities and external agencies when required.
  • Support compliance with education, health and safety regulations.

School Development & Administration

  • Support operational improvements and school development initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Principal, Chief Accountant and Management Team.
  • Prepare reports and coordinate communication across departments.
  • Support school projects and administrative matters as required.

Job Requirement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of management, operations, customer service or administrative experience.
  • Experience in education, hospitality, customer service or service-related industries will be an advantage.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Positive, proactive and hands-on attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
