Position Overview
The Campus Manager plays an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the school while supporting enrolment growth, parent engagement and school development.
Working closely with the Principal, Admissions, Marketing and Management teams, the Campus Manager will help create a positive experience for children, families and staff while ensuring the school operates efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
School Operations & Campus Management
- Oversee daily school operations and campus readiness.
- Coordinate facilities, maintenance, security, cleaning and external vendors.
- Ensure a safe, welcoming and well-maintained environment for children, families and staff.
- Support the implementation of school policies, procedures and operational standards.
Parent Experience & Enrolment Support
- Work closely with the Admissions and Marketing teams to support enrolment growth.
- Participate in school tours, parent meetings and enrolment activities.
- Support school events, open houses and community engagement initiatives.
- Build positive relationships with prospective and existing families.
- Help ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all families.
Government Regulations & Compliance
- Coordinate school licensing, inspections and compliance requirements.
- Liaise with relevant government authorities and external agencies when required.
- Support compliance with education, health and safety regulations.
School Development & Administration
- Support operational improvements and school development initiatives.
- Work closely with the Principal, Chief Accountant and Management Team.
- Prepare reports and coordinate communication across departments.
- Support school projects and administrative matters as required.
