[Cần Giuộc - Long An] - Senior Financial Analyst (Commercial Team)

The Senior Business Analyst provides strategic business analysis to business partners. The focus of this position is to work closely with the sales team and other functions to gain in-depth understanding of business performance, customers’ business strategy and opportunities. This role is responsible for researching market information, competitors, price, ... etc. to identify potential upside opportunities.

1. Job Description:

• Provide monthly business performance reports including analyzing the sales trends for key customers, business segments and sales opportunities.

• Responsible for driving forecasting, financial planning, and annual budgeting process for Sales team

• Conduct market research and competitors analysis to identify potential upside opportunities

• Take a deep dive into various sales initiatives such as pricing analysis to identify opportunities for sales / margin improvement

• Support building annual SIP targets and tracking the performance on a quarterly basis

• Create insightful dashboards and visualizations

• Involved with ad-hoc projects as needed.

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably a Masters’ Degree as well in Finance/Accounting/Statistics or related field.

• 4-5 years of experience in business analysis / financial analysis

• Possess excellent Microsoft Excel modeling skills, proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint (proficient in Power BI and Python are preferred)

• Proven ability and experience in working with big data set

• Knowledge of research methodologies. Ability to conduct research, prepare comprehensive reports and present complex financial and statistical information in a clear and succinct fashion.

• Proven ability to establish good working relationships with key decision makers, and able to work with staff at all levels

• Excellent time management, communication and organizational skills

• Highly motivated, growth mindset and be able to work independently
