The Senior Business Analyst provides strategic business analysis to business partners. The focus of this position is to work closely with the sales team and other functions to gain in-depth understanding of business performance, customers’ business strategy and opportunities. This role is responsible for researching market information, competitors, price, ... etc. to identify potential upside opportunities.
1. Job Description:
• Provide monthly business performance reports including analyzing the sales trends for key customers, business segments and sales opportunities.
• Responsible for driving forecasting, financial planning, and annual budgeting process for Sales team
• Conduct market research and competitors analysis to identify potential upside opportunities
• Take a deep dive into various sales initiatives such as pricing analysis to identify opportunities for sales / margin improvement
• Support building annual SIP targets and tracking the performance on a quarterly basis
• Create insightful dashboards and visualizations
• Involved with ad-hoc projects as needed.
