Capacity Planning Specialist (IE)

1. Conduct time and motion studies and recommend changes for productivity improvement.  

2. IE System Logic Realization & Maintenance / Design control systems to minimize costs and production issues  

3. Review CapEx (Capital Expense) and resource planning for labor and space  

4. Analyze and evaluate existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.  

5. Cost reduction activity  

6. Assist in setting production goals and monitor performance metrics to ensure objectives are met.  

7. Responsible for cooperating actively with other Amkor sites (Corp. IE). Conduct benchmarking studies to determine best practices/designs  

8. Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, reporting on progress and outcomes.

1. Educational background: Bachelor’s degree of related majors  

2. Experiences:  

• Experience in IE/process engineer/Innovation in Electronics manufacturing environment 

• Fresh graduates are welcomed 

• Analytical skills. Planning and prioritizing activities. Attention to detail  

• Interpersonal skills: demonstrate a high level of collaboration, teamwork, proactive and service attitude, high level of personal and professional ethics  

• Critical thinking & Logic thinking

• Familiar with Shop floor system is prefer  

3. Skills:  

• Good command of English.  

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
