Job Description

  • Supervise Transfer Workflows: Direct and align all marine cargo transfer processes executed between vessel and shore structures.
  • Schedule Optimization: Assess arriving/departing vessel timelines (ETA/ETD) to formulate and optimize comprehensive loading/discharge plans.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain continuous communication lines with Captains (Master), Chief Officers, Port Authorities, Shipping Agents, and all terminal stakeholders.
  • Pre-operations Safety: Facilitate and preside over mandatory pre-transfer safety briefings while ensuring the precise completion of the Ship/Shore Safety Checklist.
  • Technical Audits: Verify the operational integrity, proper connection, and safety metrics of all loading arms/hoses, manifolds, and linked safety machinery.
  • Operational Monitoring: Overlook cargo transfer progression in real-time, enforcing strict compliance regarding flow rates and system pressure limits.
  • Data Verification: Authenticate all processed cargo volumes and take ownership of completing all required shipping and cargo documentation.
  • Incident Response: Monitor, report, and actively lead mitigation strategies regarding any operational anomalies or emergent safety threats during shifts.

Job Requirement

  • Demographics: Male candidates, aged between 25 and 40 years old.
  • Education Background: Holds an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree majoring in Engineering, Chemical Technology, Logistics, or a closely related technical discipline. 
  • A minimum of 01 to 02 years of verified history operating as a Loading Master or managing marine cargo distribution profiles.
  • Industry Domain: Concrete, hands-on exposure within the chemical or oil/lubricant logistics sector is mandatory, accompanied by a sharp mastery of specialized dangerous goods transport safety frameworks.
  • Technical Literacy: Thoroughly well-versed in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, Firefighting (PCCC) regulations, marine cargo transfer structures, and practical inventory control methodologies.
  • Systems & Tools: Proficient in operating modern ERP/WMS infrastructure alongside professional-level Microsoft Excel execution.
  • English proficiency is preferred.
