Nâng cao trải nghiệm của khách hàng.
Cải thiện hiệu suất làm việc của đội ngũ nhân viên.
Giám sát và báo cáo hoạt động hàng ngày của trung tâm.
Lên kế hoạch và tổ chức các hoạt động quảng bá thu hút khách hàng.
Giám sát hoạt động của nhân viên tại trung tâm (cửa hàng và trường học).
Xây dựng mối quan hệ bền vững với giáo viên, phụ huynh, học viên, đối tác và khách hàng.
Đảm bảo đầy đủ thiết bị, nhạc cụ và vật tư cần thiết; theo dõi việc bảo trì.
Quản lý tồn kho và công tác mua hàng.
Theo dõi hiệu quả làm việc của nhân viên, đề xuất đào tạo.
Giải quyết khiếu nại và phản hồi của khách hàng khi cần thiết.

Female candidates preferred
Native Vietnamese with a college degree and basic communication skills in English
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
3 years+ of experience in sales and operations management, preferably in the music or education industry.
Priority is given to candidates with consulting experience in the education, music and musical instrument industries.
Familiarity with musical instruments or education center operations is a plus
Good communication and relationship-building skills.
Microsoft Office Suite and related software skills.
Basic English communication skills. ( more than basic is a plus)

Bằng cao đẳng trở lên, khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh.
Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Quản trị Kinh doanh hoặc các ngành liên quan.
Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực bán hàng và quản lý vận hành, ưu tiên trong ngành âm nhạc hoặc giáo dục.
Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm tư vấn trong ngành giáo dục, âm nhạc và nhạc cụ.
Có hiểu biết và quen thuộc với các nhạc cụ hoặc hoạt động của trung tâm giáo dục là một lợi thế
Có kỹ năng giao tiếp và xây dựng mối quan hệ tốt.
Thành thạo Microsoft Office và các phần mềm liên quan.
Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh cơ bản (mức cao hơn là một lợi thế).
Siêng năng, cẩn thận và có tinh thần trách nhiệm.
