Công việc chính:

Xử lý khiếu nại và thắc mắc của khách hàng khi cần

Job Responsibilities

• Promote and sell musical courses, instruments, or service packages

• Enhance customer experience

• Improve team members’ performance

• Oversee and report on daily operations

• Plan and organize promotional activities to attract customers

• Supervise staff operations at the center (store and school)

• Build strong relationships with teachers, parents, students, partners, or clients

• Ensure sufficient equipment, instruments, and necessary supplies; monitor maintenance

• Manage inventory and purchasing

• Monitor staff performance, propose training, conduct evaluations, and recommend promotions or salary increases

• Handle customer complaints and inquiries when needed
