- Implementation transparency of auditing process to check & ensure the compliance of our display program both full year & on-project based for assigned channel with mainly by picture on SPVB system audit method
- Design audit & QC flow to ensure audit result of Trade promotion
- Run audit & QC process for Merchandizing of non-TT (AFH,MT) Channel
- Contribute to drive excellent in execution KPI on NW by setting target deliver by months as guideline, keep tracking & follow up with non-TT sales (AFH,MT) Team both of SPVB employee & Blueforce/SR by weekly/monthly/quarterly report, keep control compliance process
- Planning & Monitoring serving audit agencies to ensure quality of result audit meet SPVB guideline and internal process
- Manage team QC internal to driving quality of audit result, clear communication & guide clear task to improve for DC for merchandize & their motivation as well
- Follow up QC process to make sure POSMs installation in market are always in good quality
- Other tasks assigned by Channel Compliance Manager
- Bachelor degree
- At least 3 years experiences of sales / Trade Marketing in FMCG
- Possess, high compliance standards, detail-oriented, good at process guideline
- Analytical, systematically, problem solving skills
- Good communication/ interpersonal skills to communicate effectively
- Good English & Computer skills
- Able to travel on a frequent basis for market visit
